Our 2-bedroom and 1-bathroom apartments feature open floorplans in the common areas with a Jack and Jill Style Bathroom. All of our two-bedroom apartments will be on the ground floor of our 3 story buildings. These units have vinyl planking throughout with carpet only in the bedroom spaces. All units have in-unit washers and dryers as well as the everyday kitchen appliances, including but not limited to dishwashers and garbage disposals, as well as their own water heater and HVAC system for central AC/heating.

We are a short 5–10-minute bus/bike/car ride from Downtown Davis and the UC Davis campus. All residents are also given 24 hr. access to our Study Lounge that includes free Wi-fi and printer access as well as our gym. The Greystone Property also provides a few picnic areas on property with charcoal grills, a heated spa, a large pool w/a gas grill, and a half basketball court.
